The new OMUNKY site went live last night. It is the culmination of a few sleepless nights and cranky mornings. But, it is done! Hooray!

Design-wise, the site is not much different than the old one. I may have cleaned it up alittle, but most of what you saw before is still there (I will be slowly adding new aesthetics as time goes on). What you really have to appreciate is the backend, what is going on "behind the scenes". Here are a few awesome new site features:

Faster Checkout

Purchasing your OMUNKY products is going to be the easiest thing to do these days. Simply visit the page of the item you wish to purchase, select the size (or other option), and click "add to cart". Boom! A cute little pop up window is going to show up that will show you what's currently in your cart. You can then decide whether to continue shopping or checkout. How great is that?

When you get to the your cart, you'll see how fast and easy it is to purchase your products. If you create an account at the OMUNKY shop, things get even faster. With your shipping and billing addresses on file, checkout is a breeze!

Multiple Payment Options

OMUNKY has added an Authorze.net Payment Gateway to it's list of checkout options. Now you can order and pay for your items on one page when you select the "Credit Card" payment method. Don't worry, for those of you who prefer PayPal, it isn't going anywhere. I just wanted to give you more options. :)

MyRewards Program

This is a very exciting new feature available to OMUNKY customers. As of today, when you purchase items from the store, you earn reward points. These points can eventually be redeemed to get free stuff, like shirts and belts! All you have to do is create an account. Using your account, purchase some sweet eco-tees from OMUNKY. As soon as you pay for your items, you will receive the amount of points that item is worth (1 shirt = 6 points). Get enough points, get free stuff! It's that simple, and that amazing.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that I changed stores, I was unable to transfer people's account information. This means that anyone who has created an account with OMUNKY before will have to do it again. So here's what I am going to do. Those of you who go onto the site and create accounts in the next 24 hours will be rewarded! I will add 6 MyRewards points to the account of anyone who signs up today. That is the equivalent of purchasing one t-shirt (one shirt equals 6 points)! So go fill in your information and sign up for an account!
